About Us

მიკრო და ნანო ელექტრონიკის ინსტიტუტი

Institute of Micro & Nanoelectronics

ჩამოყალიბდა 2011 წელს თსუ-ს ფიზიკის ფაკულტეტის ნახევარგამტარული მიკროელექტრონიკის კათედრის ბაზაზე. 2012-დან — სსიპ სახ. სამხ.-სამ.-ტექ. ცენტრი „დელტა"-ს სისტემაში.

Established in 2011 on the basis of the TSU Physics Faculty's Semiconductor Microelectronics Department. Since 2012 — an LEPL under the State Military-Scientific-Technical Centre "Delta".

შემუშავებული ტექნოლოგიური ხაზი აღიარებულია უნიკალურ ლაბორატორიად მთელ ამიერკავკასიაში. Infineon Technologies AG-მ (გერმ.) 2001 წ. გადასცა SIEMENS-ის სრული ტექ. ხაზი სუფთა ოთახებით.

The developed technological line is recognized as a unique laboratory throughout Transcaucasia. Infineon Technologies AG (Germany) donated a full SIEMENS production line with cleanrooms in 2001.
